We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on most Devon manufactured products. Please call customer service at 800-468-1970, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Custom built products are not eligible for return. All other products have only the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly for those products.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Custom built items will be shipped upon completion or when customer notates ship date. We will strive to ship all other items within two days. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), or FedEx. Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Federal Express and USPS deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at 800-468-1970 for charges.
